I initially purchased a Nuna travel system from another company back in September 2025 (Newbie and Me Leeds AVOID!! Read the Trustpilot Reviews!) who missed my requested collection date of 1st December. They repeatedly kept telling me new dates and not delivering. My child was born in January 2026 and come February I had enough, so popped into Baby Store Sheffield and explained my situation, The staff were very sympathetic in regards to my situation, and I ordered the exact same Nuna set on a Monday and was told it would take about a week to come. Thursday that same week I received a phone call telling me It had arrived and can be collected Friday! I was even offered a loan pram whilst I waited for my order (which was so clean it looked brand new!) which I was very grateful for as this was not something Baby Store Sheffield had to do as it was the other retailers fault I was left high and dry. The price I paid was also very competitive and beat a lot of other retailers as well. Overall hugely grateful for this Store, Mandy, and all the other staff members, Thank you for helping me, couldn’t recommend Baby Store Sheffield enough!

Would highly recommend Sheffield Baby Store when shopping for your little ones! The customer care is exceptional. From the first visit picking our travel system out to collection, we’ve received nothing but a professional friendly and informative service from the staff! Huge thank you especially to Mandy, Lauren & Lynette who quickly resolved a manufacturing issue I had with my pram. They were quick with their response and action in getting me a brand new pram in less than 24hr! (I would just like to point out this issue was with the manufacturer and not Sheffield baby store!) I called up the store as I wanted to see a particular brand of travel system in person, namely the Cosatto Giggle 4, and once it was confirmed they had it on display, me and my wife made our way over the same day. When we stepped in the store, we were immediately able to find the make and model we were looking for, and went over to see the texture squares and see what the colours would look like. Mandy came over and explained the differences between the Giggle 4 and the Wow , and offered my wife the experience of trying the pushchair out and allowing her to push it around the store while we looked at other things, such as a rotating car seat. This was key to our decision, and being able to see how it performed, as well as the true colour was the icing on the cake. We made our way upstairs and had a look around at Cots, and other various baby accessories, and when we came back down was met with that familiar friendly face. Mandy was brilliant, and alongside her colleague Lauren, offered me and my wife the best customer experience we could have asked for. First-class customer service. 100% recommend you visit this store!
