Disclosure of data

Affordable Baby will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information without your permission except under special circumstances, for instance if Affordable Baby in good faith believes that the law requires disclosure.

We do provide your ‘notification details’ to our courier DPD Local so they can contact you with your delivery progress but that is all they use this information for, we also provide with your email address to request a review from you but that is all this is used for and not further ‘passed on’. If you do not wish to be contacted once for this review of our service please notify us by email and we will ensure this does not happen

Whenever Affordable Baby handles personal information, regardless of where this occurs, Affordable Baby takes every precaution to ensure that your information is treated securely. If you do not wish this last email to be produced please inform us by email so we can ensure you do not get this.

Your information is then not used again and only held (electronically only) for a period as a purchase history for tax and vat purposes of the company as required by law.
